WebbI'm aware that there were a few exploits you could take advantage of, but as far as i'm aware they've been patched out. There is no "grind" so to speak, in Witcher 3. The game will cleverly stop awarding XP if you endeavour to keep killing wolves in the hope it will grant you lots of XP, for example. Simply won't happen.
