WebJan 5, 2012 · It's not the mouse. csrss.exe is busy with aprox 5% to 7% cpu usage. Mouse pointer is busy (pointer + hourglass). I found out that this could be a due to a corrupted user profile. I did delete the user profile (My computer->Properties->Advanced->User profiles->Delete) and restarted. Then it was ok for the first boot up.
