Looking to purchase a new belt. I only have a leather power lifter belt and looking for one for my wods. Something easy to put on and take off. WebOther activity does not get any strain score though. Yesterday I did two walks long enough for my Apple Watch to auto-detect them (say 2 miles/30 minutes each). Bicep Band Whoop gave it a strain score of 0.0, Wrist Band Whoop used to record walks like that at around a 5.0, give or take.
