I had new points and plugs put in and it starts on first pull. However, it runs rough,backfires through the exhaust,shears the key on the crankshaft,plug is wet,and bottom cylinder not firing right.It is in great shape otherwise.

I notice when I squeze the bulb I can hear the gas and do see some spray right where the fuel line connects to the motor.
