WebFYI I fixed my issue by going in to the settings on MTR and enabling the 'Modern Authentication' switch under the 'Account' section. I had it off because I thought that was what was causing the 'Signing in" banner (which then turned into the 'Cannot fetch Calendar' banner) and never turned it back on.
